The facility welcomed the division for the first time last year after undergoing several upgrades and changes during the 2020-21 offseason. “We’re just always looking to have unique events that set us apart from other tracks,” Rose said. Big power will return to the small track at the Kutztown Fairgrounds this year, as Action Track USA will host the winged 410 sprint cars on Sunday at 6:30 p.m., with $6,000 going to the winner of the 35-lap feature. The vision came to fruition and the event was a success, with Mark Smith winning the first winged 410 sprint car feature in the track’s 21-year history last June.
